Join Dutch Diesel Cycling for our weekly Dames peloton. This is a ladies group ride where we focus on riding at a steady pace between 1.5-2.0 wkg and keeping the group together. A group ride at a steady pace between 2.5 - 3.0 w/kg. This is a group ride, not a race , but it is also a drop ride, so if you get dropped you'll need to catch up!  Come join us for some muscular endurance training.  The pace of the ride will be in the B category, but we welcome riders of all categories to ride and train with us. A group ride with a progressive increase in pace per lap. There's a long lead in followed by 6 laps. The goal is to stay together and make optimal use of the draft. Together we ride faster!
Enjoy the build up and go hard in lap 5. Make sure to enjoy yourself and Drivk!

Join Dutch Diesel Cycling for some circuits through Central Park! With the rolling terrain of this route, pace will vary between 1.5wkg on the descents and 3.0wkg on the climbs. The target AVERAGE pace for the entire ride is between 2.2 - 2.4, This is not a race, but it is a drop ride, so if you get dropped you'll need to catch up! Welcome to our friendly steady paced group ride for 90 minutes on a mostly flat course with an occasional optional sprint or a short fast last lap. This ride is intended for either the newer Zwift rider, to build your aerobic base or as a recovery ride.
