Zwift Ride Schedule

A group ride at a steady pace between 2.5 – 3.0 w/kg, but it is a drop ride, so if you get dropped you'll need to catch up. A group ride with a progressive increase in pace per lap. There's a long lead-in followed by 6 laps. The goal is to stay together and make optimal use of the draft. Together we ride faster! Join us for some circuits through Central Park. With the rolling terrain of this route, the pace will vary between 1.5 w/kg on the descents and 3.0 w/kg on the climbs. The target average pace for the entire ride is between 2.2 – 2.4. This is not a race, but it is a drop ride, so if you get dropped you'll need to catch up.
