Our coaching programs take the guesswork out of training with workouts tailored to your fitness level and goals. It begins with a one-on-one consultation to understand what matters most to you, followed by a weekly training plan designed to keep you on track.
Our package includes:​

Initial consultation and goal setting session (in person or over video call)

Baseline testing, including FTP test (guided or self-test)

Personalized training plan delivered through TrainingPeaks

Weekly scheduled workouts on TrainingPeaks calendar

Tracking of results and weekly analysis of training data

Monthly progress and insights

Unlimited questions via text

Pricing:

$205 for initial consultation, 1st month of training, and training plan set up

$175 per month (after 1st month) for personalized training plans that evolve as your fitness evolves, monthly coaching emails, and Training Peaks account​​
