Personalized Coaching

Our coaching programs take the guesswork out of training with workouts tailored to your fitness level and goals. It begins with a one-on-one consultation to understand what matters most to you, followed by a weekly training plan designed to keep you on track.

Our package includes:​

  • Initial consultation and goal setting session (in person or over video call)

  • Baseline testing, including FTP test (guided or self-test)

  • Personalized training plan delivered through TrainingPeaks

  • Weekly scheduled workouts on TrainingPeaks calendar

  • Tracking of results and weekly analysis of training data

  • Monthly progress and insights

  • Unlimited questions via text

Pricing:

  • $205 for initial consultation, 1st month of training, and training plan set up 

  • $175 per month (after 1st month) for personalized training plans that evolve as your fitness evolves, monthly coaching emails, and Training Peaks account​​

Below is the equipment you’ll need to get started.  If you don’t have these items, we can assist you with getting set up.

Outdoor rider:

  • Heart rate monitor and power meter

  • Cycling computer (e.g. Garmin)

Indoor rider:

  • Smart trainer

  • Power meter

  • Heart rate monitor

  • Zwift account

  • Cycling computer (optional)
