Virtual Group Workouts

Join our Zwift group workouts on Thursdays at 5:30 pm PT to get real-time training tips from Coach Erik. We'll have new themes each month like VO2 max, sprinting, muscular endurance, etc.  


Each rider in the group will do the same workout, but go at their own pace based on their personal FTP. Zwift's rubber band feature will be used to keep all the riders together.

​Price: $59 per month (includes TrainingPeaks account)

Required Equipment

  • Smart trainer

  • Zwift account

  • TrainingPeaks account (will be provided through Dutch Diesel Cycling)

  • Power meter 

  • Heart rate monitor 

  • Discord (optional)

How It Works

​​

Once you have registered, we'll set you up with a TrainingPeaks account so that we can deliver the weekly workouts to your TrainingPeaks calendar. Then, all you have to do is join the workouts on Zwift five minutes prior to start time.

How to Join the Workout

​​

  1. Launch the Zwift application on your device and enter one of the worlds.

  2. Five minutes prior to start time you will be prompted to join the Meet Up.  Click to join.

  3. When in the Meet Up, click on the Workout menu and find the TrainingPeaks workout loaded into your account.

  4. Select the workout that you downloaded for this session.

  5. You can join Discord if you want to chat and listen to the coaching tips.

  6. Enjoy the workout.
