Your privacy on the Internet is important to Us. As a part of the operation of this site, We gather certain types of information about users. We want you to know the types of information We gather and what we do with it.

We collect two general types of information from users: personal data (such as names and e-mail addresses) and information for emergency purposes (such as emergency contact, allergies and health care provider etc).
Personal data
Personal data is collected when users provide information to Us, for example in registering for camps, tours and clinics or other promotional opportunities provided by Us. Personal data will also be collected when you purchase trips or related services on this site. When you register, request information or make purchases on this site, We generally need you to provide your name, e-mail address, mailing address, day phone number and credit card information (only when purchasing a trip or related services). In addition, if you send Us personal correspondence, such as e-mails or letters, We may collect such information into a file specific to you.
Use of photos
Some of the photos that we take during Our tours are used for promotional purposes on flyers, website, social media and promotional email. By registering and participating in our camps, tours and other events, you agree that We can use photos of you for those purposes.
